As per E-waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2011, manufacturers of electronic goods are responsible for setting up a call centre to facilitate end user to get in touch with the producers to return back their products at the end of life, set up collection centre or a take-back points either individually or jointly out of their funds to channelize e-waste from end user to Recycler(s). Manufacturers are also responsible for the disposal of their own waste generated during manufacturing process in line with the principle of 'Extended Producer Responsibility'. The regulation aims to ensure that e-waste is channelized under above system reaches to the registered dismantlers and recyclers.
The regulation applies to electronic and electrical equipment, along with their consumables and components that are part of or included in the electronic product at the time of discarding. Some of the electronics and electrical products which come under the purview of the e-waste rules include mobile phones, computers, laptops, television sets, ACs and other home appliances.

Land Trading against property: Recently a Trade Programme has commenced wherein an immovable property situated anywhere in India can be offered for Trade Programme. Property which is having value more than Rs. 100.00 CR only can be offered for this programme. The advantage in this programme is that the cases with outstanding loans from the banks are also eligible. Even the cases with NPA (Non Performing Assets) status can participate the programme.
RETURNS:The owner of the property gets around 50% (Non-refundable) value of the property while the mediators on each side get between 5% and 10% each. The Other side is the Trader’s group and our side is all who have brought the case file. The payout is given as a bullet payment mode if the total value of the property is below Rs. 1000 CR. If the value of the property is more than Rs. 1000 CR, then the payout is normally given @ 12% per month for 12 months. The Returns are more when the value of the property is more. THIS IS NOT A LOAN BUT SHARE OF PROFIT FOR THE PROPERTY OWNER AND HENCE IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE REPAID. The payment to mediators is mentioned in the offer letter.
